1. How To Order From JUVL?
- Go to juvl.com
- Add products of your choice to the cart along with the quantity
- Go to juvl.com, If purchasing multiple items add one after another to your cart.
- Once done Click on the total cart button and press check out (top right corner).
- Provide your contact email address and your shipping/billing address
- “Continue to next step” and input your payment information
- Place order.
2. Can I Order From UK Or Any Other Country?
As of now, JUVL is open only for the USA, Canada and UK
3. What Is The Average Delivery Time?
Average delivery time is 3-5 Business Days from the dispatched day excluding customs clearance. The delivery services are off on Saturday, Sunday and other national holidays.
4. Stock Availability
We stock most of the items. Some seasonal items will often get sold out, replenishing of which depends on market conditions. If something you like is sold out, please reach out to us. Once the stock is available we will let you know.
5. Once Ordered When It Will Be Dispatched?
Usually, an item dispatches within 24 - 48 hrs. In some unusual cases, it may take little bit longer to dispatch the items.
6. If The Items Are Damaged In The Transit Will You Replace Them?
We will refund or replace according to the damage occurred.
7. If I Cancel The Order, Will You Refund The Order Price?
We will do a refund, if the order is cancelled within 1 hour and we may also refund if we didn't start processing the order yet.
8. What Is The Acknowledgment For The Order Placed?
You will receive a order number to your registered email address with the items in the order.
9. For Any Complaints Whom Should We Contact?

10. If We Are In Need Of Any Other Items Other Than On Your Website Will You Deliver Them?
- Go to Request a Product tab
- Give the Name, Email and Phone Number
- Write notes on what product you are looking for and please mention its size and dimensions
- submit your details
11. Will You Provide Any Sample For The Eatery And Return Gifts Before Placing An Order?
Sorry to inform you that at this point we do not provide any samples for any food items and return gifts. But please be assured that all return gifts are accurately represented as much as possible and we procure food items from reputed eateries.
12. Will You Provide Any Details Of The Vendors For The Eatery?
We currently procure food items from Nestle, Maharaja, Wijaya, MD,CBL , Maliban, Mc Currie and Uswatte. If you have a preference of vendor, please specify that in the notes section of the order.
13. Payments And Taxes.
All payments are in GBP. All taxes are inclusive in Prices of Products and shipping.
14. Liabilities Of JUVL.
JUVL is providing a platform for the sellers internationally to sell their products in our website. JUVL is not liable for any products and respective shipping. JUVL will only provide the supporting services to customers and sellers.
